Welcome From the HSA Co-Presidents

South Orange Middle School is the place where our children will spend an important part of their developmental years; a time when they will be facing many transitions – physically, socially and emotionally. It is the goal of this website to keep the lines of communication open between parents, teachers and administrators. Information about school programs and activities will be provided on an ongoing basis.

The South Orange Middle School Home and School Association has three vital purposes:

1. To foster a closer relationship between home and school, so that parents and teachers may cooperate in the education of the students and to provide a means of communication to foster this purpose.

2. To promote the safety and welfare of the children and of our community.

3. To assist in enhancing and enriching the educational and social lives of our students.
